 She matches people with similar illness profiles so they can compare notes, without relying on a previous diagnosis. 

She provides analysis of symptom groups so users can see what interventions worked best for other people like them. 

And she generates high-quality datasets for research teams who want to learn about understudied chronic illnesses.
